The... read more house is exactly as shown in the listing. It is clean and beautifully decorated. Each space is comfortable and well-appointed. There were plenty of plush, clean towels and cozy throws to keep us warm. We didn’t cook but did order in and there were plenty of dishes and glassware for us to use. We throughly enjoyed the home and will definitely book again when we need a place to stay in South Bend. This house is an absolute must-stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Julia!

I rented out Julia's place for our friend's wedding in South Bend and we really enjoyed our stay! The house is just a few miles from ND's campus and close... read more to downtown. The place was clean and had plenty of room to hang out both inside and outside. I would highly recommend staying at Julia's place if you are planning a visit to ND or South Bend!

Julia’s place is lovely. It’s comfortable, homey, and very clean. It’s spacious and offers a wide variety of amenities- from cookware, to boardgames, books, and cozy seating areas. Excellent location... read more as well. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Julia is an exceptional host. She was quick to respond and provided thoughtful snacks and sparkling water option in the kitchen. My family and I look forward to staying at the Monroe House again in the future.
